1) Import GIF.*
2) Export PNG. Filename is filled in correctly already.
3) Use DSFix's texture replacer to put it in-game.
* Don't even bother with huge GIFs, it'll most likely hang/crash.
- GIFs larger than 128x128 will be cropped.
- GIFs smaller than 36 frames will get looped till 36 frames are filled.
- GIFs larger than 36 frames will get cut.
- Transparent or black background works best.
- The above things can't be changed because this is just a texture loader.
